Explore The City Game Quest: Rewards Code Giveaway (“Giveaway”)

Date: From 11 November to 31 December 2021 (both dates inclusive) (“Giveaway Period”)

Introduction

1. This Giveaway campaign is exclusive to CapitaStar members (referred to as “Eligible Shopper”). All shoppers can download the CapitaStar mobile application and sign up within the App as a CapitaStar member to qualify and participate in this Giveaway.
2. All Eligible Shopper can scan the QR code or click the Giveaway web link to participate in the game quest and to receive a reward code that is unique to the Eligible Shopper and the game quest instance. The Eligible Shopper can stand a chance to win the STAR$ or evoucher giveaway (“Rewards”) during the Giveaway Period by entering the unique reward code into the CapitaStar mobile application.
3. Shopper must enter the reward code into the CapitaStar mobile application by 31 December 2021 to redeem the Reward (if any). The Organiser shall not be obliged to extend the validity of any reward code generated for this Giveaway after the expiry date
4. The Reward in this Giveaway is provided on a first-come-first-served basis and redemption of the Reward is subject to availability during the Giveaway Period.
5. The Reward is provided as-is and cannot be exchanged for cash. Each unique reward code can only be redeemed once and the Reward must be redeemed by the Eligible Shopper and is not transferable to any other Shopper. The Organiser is not obliged to provide a replacement item of equal or similar value once the Rewards have been redeemed in full. The Organiser reserves the right to replace the Rewards with any item of similar value at any time without prior notice.
6. The Rewards cannot be exchanged for different denomination and is subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing the use of the same.
7. Eligible Shoppers are advised to check the terms and conditions of CapitaStar Rewards Programme for more information on the validity period of the Rewards awarded from this Giveaway.
8. eVoucher reward awarded from this Giveaway shall expire on 31 December 2021. The Organiser shall not be obliged to extend the validity of any eCapitaMall voucher awarded from this Giveaway after the expiry date.
9. There will strictly be no extension for the expiry date of the Rewards.
10. Rewards of STAR$ and evoucher will be automatically credited directly into the members CapitaStar’s Account only upon successful validation and/or authentication.
11. The Organiser and its affiliates will not have access to the mobile devices of the participants or to the photographs and videos taken on or through the participants’ mobile devices. Accordingly, the Organiser and its affiliates disclaim any and all liability and non-compliance with any applicable law of the photographs and videos of any person taken through the web application in connection with this Giveaway. By using the mobile and web application for the Giveaway to take photographs and videos of any other person, the participant acknowledge and agree that it has or will seek the consent of all such person captured, intentionally or otherwise, in the photographs and videos and shall comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (Act 26 of 2012) as may be amended from time to time.

General Terms and Conditions

1. The Organiser and its partner(s) (if any) in this “Giveaway” reserve the right to change, vary, replace, substitute, amend, withdrawal or cancel this “Giveaway” and/or any of the terms and conditions herein at their sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or any liability to any party.
2. The Organiser does not make any warranty or representation in relation to any product or services offered in this Giveaway or redeemed by vouchers and shall not accept any liability in respect of the same.
3. By participating in this “Giveaway”, the Eligible Shopper represents that he/ she has read and agreed with this Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
4. Without limiting the generality of the above, the following persons shall Not be eligible for the “Giveaway”: Persons who the Organiser may decide to exclude at its discretion without notice and without providing any reason, at any time.
5. By participating in this “Giveaway”, the Eligible Shopper acknowledges and consents to the processing, collection, use and disclosure of his/ her Personal Data by the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related corporations including its holding company, CapitaLand Limited (collectively, “CapitaLand Group”), and authorised agents, business partners and service providers in compliance with applicable data protection laws, regulations and guidelines to facilitate the administration of the Giveaway including compliance with the Giveaway Terms and Condition and that he/she has read and agreed with the CapitaLand Group’s Data Protection Policy available at www.capitaland.com.sg as may be amended, replaced, substituted from time to time.
6. By participating in this “Giveaway”, the Eligible Shopper agrees that the Organiser, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, business partners and respective officers and employees shall not be liable for any actions, claims, demands, injuries, proceedings, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses of any nature sustained by the participant directly or indirectly by reason of or in connection with this Giveaway. The participant shall indemnify and keep the Organiser and its officers, servants, agents and employees ("the Indemnified Parties") fully indemnified against any and all loss, damage, demand, liability, claims, expenses and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the breach of any of the terms and conditions herein by the participant.
7. The Organiser’s decision on any dispute regarding the “Giveaway” shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
8. For the purposes of these “Giveaway” Terms and Conditions, “Organiser” refers to CapitaLand Retail Management Pte Ltd.
9. This Giveaway Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and all participants in this Giveaway irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts to resolve any and all dispute arising out of and in connection with this Giveaway.
10. By participating in this “Giveaway”, CapitaStar Members are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the Personal Data Protection Policy of CapitaStar Rewards Programme.
11. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Giveaway shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found at any time (whether before or after the receipt of any Reward) to be in breach of the eligible criteria. Any Reward awarded to any disqualified reward winner will be forfeited, and if collected, shall be returned to the Organiser promptly.
